There are two types of smoked salmon in this world. The kind you find in a crowded supermarket, and the kind that finds you. We were tired of the former. We craved the latter—the wild-caught, artisan-smoked treasures held in such high regard they rarely left their local coasts.

So, we decided to become the connection. The Ocean to Door is not a producer. We are your personal curators, your scouts on the ground. We travel to the remote smokehouses, taste hundreds of varieties, and negotiate access to their finest reserves—all so you don’t have to. We do the hard work. You get the standing ovation at the dinner table.
